Rare US Remington M1917 (stamped 1918) bayonet & scabbard. It has the busting bomb/grenade US Mark (overstamped with a partial eagle head/26 inspection stamp to confirm authenticity). This bayonet is incorrectly stamped as 1918, which was a manufacturing error at the time. Once the error was discovered, it was immediately corrected, however a small number slipped through the net.
