The back is engraved with "För nit och redlighet i rikets tjänst," which translates to "For Zealous and Devoted Service of the Realm." This award was given to Swedish state employees after 30 years of service. The watch contains an estimated 11g of gold, and the back has not been removed to maintain its originality. The strap has been replaced, and there is no box or paperwork included. The newer versions are 14k gold; this looks to be circa 1980.
