Selling with us
If you have items you would like to sell, please contact the auction house to determine if they are suitable for auction and financially viable. We only accept items for sale on Friday, the week following the sale, and you must schedule a time slot for your appointment. Additionally, please note the following list of items that we do not accept from the general public. The minimum total consignment value of all lots must exceed £50.
Items we do not take in from the general public
Brown furniture, large furniture, chipboard furniture, prints, unbranded or white ceramics, cut crystal glasses or lead glass, books and magazines (unless leather-bound or first editions), magazines, lamps or touch lamps, DVDs, car boot or low value items including toys. We do not sell high-value items (such as watches unless they have the required paperwork.
Lotting fees and additional fees
Standard lotting fee - £4.00 plus 20% VAT
large lot additional fee of - £2.00 plus VAT
Portable appliance test fee (applicable to all electricals sold individually or in small groups) £2.00 plus VAT
Air rifles or air pistols must be tested as directed by Police guidelines. £10 plus VAT.
Commission
Our commission is 15% plus VAT.
Reserves
To set a reserve, the item must be valued at over £50, as the minimum reserve that can be set is £50.
